I found the course very informative! It gave me a different perspective on myself and my weight loss goals. It has given me the tools to have a more positive and realistic outlook on my goals.

Thanks so much Kim for offering this course. I found it informative and allowed me to sit down and actually focus on me. Your ideal body workshop

This half day workshop for women will give participants the knowledge, skills and strategies required to achieve their ideal body and be happy with it every day.  It is presented in a comfortable atmosphere with a focus on having fun and supporting each other. There will be the option of follow up individual support if needed.

 

Course outline

  • Pre- workshop assessment to identify current goals, eating styles, what you have tried, what’s worked before and current support (valued at $99).

  • Making changes for the long term – everyday

  • The myth of the “diet”

  • Clarify  goals and values about your body, weight loss and health

  • The role of body image, self-esteem and self-talk

  • Your eating style- emotional eater, overeater, restrictor

  • What skills and strategies do you need to develop to be in control of your eating rather than it controlling you 

    • managing stress

    • mindful eating

    • common unhelpful thoughts

    • managing cravings

  • Where to from here- make a plan to achieve your ideal body and be happy in it.

I was fortunate to be able to attend Kim’s "Your Ideal Body" workshop last year when I most needed it. I was stuck in my mindset and struggling with moving forward to where I wanted and need to be. After completing the workshop I left feeling confident, excited and ready to set goals. I was given the techniques to think differently to help me to set my new goals. I am now so pleased to say, nearly a year later after completely the workshop, I have kicked my goals butt and exceeded past where I thought possible. And I know it all started from changing my mindset at the workshop.
